Food-Tef® is the unique and brilliant foil and conveyer band for baking and frying that lasts forever.

Food-Tef® is the replacement for regular baking sheets or aluminum foil and it can be reused continuously. It can be used on baking trays- and pans, frying pans, for protection of the hearth – including microwave ovens – and for lining of baking molds.

We are actually pretty serious about the “unique and brilliant” part.

• At SILCOFA we stock food-approved Teflon/PTFE coated glass fabric for the production of Food-Tef lines and foil for baking and frying.
• Short delivery time on standard- as well as customized products.
• The special Teflon/PTFE coating prevents fried- and baked good from getting burned and stuck to the sheet.

FOOD-TEF FRYING FOIL

Food-Tef frying foil is ideal for oven-frying, and is easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

• Always gives the best results.
• Ever-lasting foil for baking and frying.
• Non sticky
• Reduces the amount of grease.
• Easy to clean.
• Recyclable
• Available in size of maximum 1000 mm width as a squared or round shape according to your desire.
• Available in red, blue, and black with glitter within certain limits.

HOW TO USE

Do not use sharp metal objects on Food-Tef. Avoid temperatures above 240°C.
Do not fold Food-Tef. Do not clean with metal scouring pads or other scouring products.
Please remove Food-Tef from your oven before carrying out cleaning programs.

FOOD-TEF FRYING BELT

Food-Tef is a unique and brilliant foil for baking and frying for eternal use. Use it as a substitute for regular frying foil.

• Food-Tef comes in three colors – each Teflon/PTFE-coated glass fabric: brown, black, and red/black in 0,25 mm.
• We have two sizes in stock: 650 mm width with a thickness of 0,25, and 1000 mm width with the same thickness.
• Food-approved Teflon/PTFE-coated glass fabric and Kevlar for customized Food-Tef foil.
• According to customer specifications, our Food-Tef frying foil is being delivered with filament ends, either collected or open, making it easier to attach to manufacturing devices.
• Quick distribution on our standard Food-Tef foil and on specialized tasks.
• Food-Tef can be used on baking trays, frying pans, and for protection of the hearth in all oven types.

FOOD-TEF HYBRID

Food-Tef Hybrid® is a “glass-free” fiber consisting of pure Teflon/PTFE which can endure temperatures up to 315°C.

Food-Tef Hybrid can substitute e.g. traditional food production lines in which “glass-free” environment is required, due to the use of high temperatures.

Food-Hybrid can also be used for shaping trays and molds for the food production environment.
