What is the difference between low value and high value ohm?

The material’s ability to conduct heat and electricity is measured in ohm (Ω).

When wires are low value ohm the heat/electricity is transferred slowly through the material.

When wires are high value ohm, however, the heat/electricity is transferred fast.
