Our Flat-Flex belt is built with unlimited features, such as drying, washing, coating, frying, cooling, and inspection while conveying products.

Flat-Flex has over 3800 different combinations and come in more than 1000 different variations.

• Come in widths of 28 mm to 4,5 m and up to 80% open space for easy cleaning being commensurate with hygiene regulations.
• The Flat-Flex belt is the only conveyer belt that meets the hygiene requirements of USDA.
• A completely developed assortment in polyacetal and stainless-steel bull wheels, idle rollers, and coils which enables maximum longevity.
• Conveyers with the Flat-Flex belt can be manufactured with passages down to 12 mm in diameter.
• The standard bull wheels measure approx. 50 mm in diameter but can be made with a 32 mm diameter when used with specific Flat-Flex belts.
• The configuration enables self-purification of the sprockets.
